Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Avanica furniture & Decor. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
About the Role- Develop and implement comprehensive business growth strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term business plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop promotional materials to support business growth initiatives.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with suppliers and partners.
- Market business services to existing and potential customers.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to maximize ROI.
- Write and edit press releases, newsletter, and communications materials to promote business growth.
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs.
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
- Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing revenue.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
