Job Title: Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Squires Gastro Pub. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data to optimize bar operations and increase revenue
  • Lead a team of bartenders and servers to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking of beverages and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient staffing levels and schedules
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a bar management or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
