Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at HM MISSISSAUGA INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories
  • Schedule and confirm appointments in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit insurance and other claim forms with precision
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Order supplies and manage inventory to ensure seamless office operations
  • Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence with accuracy
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a medical office setting is an asset
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
