About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Vin Room YYC Airport Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared to our standards
  • Monitor inventory and manage kitchen supplies
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menu items
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
