We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Westin Calgary. This is a part-time position that requires the ability to deliver exceptional service to our guests and make their stay memorable and unique.

Job Summary

The Guest Experience Expert will be responsible for processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing the highlights of the local area. They will also be empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Complete reports and provide updates on guest activity and preferences
  • Share the highlights of the local area with guests and recommend attractions and activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Uphold quality standards and maintain a high level of professionalism
What We Offer
