About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chemistry Laboratory Analyst to join our team at ITR Laboratories Canada. As an Analytical Chemistry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytical testing and data analysis using HPLC-UV, fluorescence, and ELSD instruments, adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement new methods and procedures to improve laboratory efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve analytical issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff on analytical instrumentation and techniques.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of quality control and quality assurance programs.
  • Contribute to the development of technical reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with analytical instrumentation, including HPLC-GC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Bilingual English/French language skills.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
