We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Nespresso team. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in leading high-volume retail environments, with a proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach your team to achieve their best.

A day in this role will involve analyzing KPI reports, coaching the team, and ensuring effective communication with store management. You will also be responsible for creating positive brand experiences for all stakeholders, while balancing administrative and customer service tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software is also required.
