">We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented individual to join our strategic Global Sales team in Toronto. With 25 years of innovation leadership in the global driver risk management space, Alert Driving has established itself as a world-class enterprise technology platform provider. Our product, FleetDefense, is trusted by numerous leading companies worldwide.
">The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development within the North American market and be eager to take their career to the next level. They will possess strong research skills to develop a thorough understanding of our products, markets, and sales process. This expertise will enable them to focus on overcoming obstacles and challenges when selling technology to complex organizations.
">Key Responsibilities and Skills:

- You will be skilled at prospecting to generate leads through cold calling, research, and other methods.">
- Utilize a hunting mentality to secure Enterprise Accounts.">
- Possess the ability to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers across various industries.">
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline while developing strong relationships with potential clients.">
- Apply a consultative mindset and sales approach to generate new business opportunities.">
- Guide opportunities through a customer-centric sales process.">
- Sales cycle management, including prospecting, qualifying, demos, and building a business case.">
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills for acquiring new business.">
- Coordinate input from internal subject matter experts to create optimal solutions for each opportunity.">
- Develop a fluent, friendly, lively, and persuasive presentation style and skills.">
- Plan, prioritize, and work independently and collaboratively on multiple opportunities simultaneously.">
Helpful Experience:

- A post-secondary education and an interest in technology.">
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a consultative selling environment.">
- Experience selling to North American markets.">
- SaaS experience is an asset.">
