Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the company's administration team. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and responding to telephone and email inquiries.
- Administer and maintain accurate records, including employee training records and office files.
- Assist in the distribution and translation of memos and correspondence, and compile data for various reports.
- Perform other administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with company events and order front office supplies.
- Manage interactions with cleaning staff and procurement of cleaning supplies.
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in an administrative assistant or customer service role.
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Superior typing skills and ability to maintain confidential information.
