Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service.
  • Assist with sales-related tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and customer communication.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Hours: 8:30am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
