About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Sales Manager to drive revenue and sales performance across a region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing relationships with wholesale partners, and directly managing Store Managers from owned and operated concept stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage relationships with wholesale partners to achieve sales targets
  • Directly manage Store Managers from owned and operated concept stores
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth
  • Coach and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
  • Lead the rollout of company initiatives and product launches, ensuring successful execution
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize sell-in and sell-out performance
  • Prospect for new multi-brand opportunities to drive continuous growth and development
  • Optimize the multi-brand network by evaluating dealers and collaborating with the Divisional Sales Director
  • Travel to all points of distribution within the region to build relationships and gain a firsthand understanding of the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of multi-store leadership experience
  • Retail and wholesale experience
  • Geographically located in the division or willing to relocate
  • Value-based leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop talent
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with planning and execution capabilities
  • Self-motivated and driven toward achieving goals
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and store profitability
  • Ability to build relationships, manage key stakeholder relationships, and influence others
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to overcome challenges
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Experience working with key performance indicators and metrics
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead change management initiatives
