As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and sales performance across a region, encompassing all physical channels of distribution. This includes wholesale concept stores, multi-brand accounts, shop-in-shop locations, and owned and operated (O&O) concept stores.

You will manage the relationship with wholesale partners and directly manage the Store Managers from O&O concept stores. Your primary objective will be to achieve a sell-in and sell-out budget in every door, ensuring the success of your region while maintaining a flawless and consistent customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering sales performance against forecasts and targets by executing business plans and sales strategies throughout the region
  • Identifying trends, wins, and opportunities to develop business plans and sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Partnering with the Divisional Sales Director to set sales and KPI goals for the owned channels within the region
  • Setting KPI goals, budgets, objectives, and marketing plans for each multibrand and franchise store in the region
  • Reviewing store financial reports, analyzing Key Performance Indicators (sales, traffic, etc.) for trends, opportunities, and deficiencies
  • Coaching and supporting Store Managers, account owners, and franchise owners on talent management, inventory management, brand standards, and operational standards
  • Ensuring compliance in key operating issues (audits, loss prevention, policy, procedures)
  • Preparing and conducting performance appraisals and evaluations for O&O Store Managers
  • Proactively recruiting, developing, and retaining Store Managers and store leadership as needed
  • Leading the rollout of company initiatives and product launches
  • Determining the optimum use of payroll and resources to maximize store contribution and financial results
  • Analyzing and optimizing the sell-in and sell-out performance of multibrand and franchise stores
  • Monitoring and managing inventory levels at each wholesale/franchise account
  • Prospecting for new multi-brand opportunities for continuous growth and development of the region
  • Optimizing the multi-brand network by evaluating dealers and collaborating with the Divisional Sales Director
  • Monitoring and responding to customer experience surveys for owned and franchise stores
  • Traveling to all points of distribution within the region to build relationships and gain a firsthand understanding of the business
  • Developing and fostering relationships with wholesale retailers and key accounts within the region
  • Building key cross-functional relationships and communicating relevant business information
  • Controlling expenses within the region to meet budget guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate reporting on the performance of the region
  • Defining and role-modeling target behaviors for the sales organization

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
  • 8+ years of multi-store leadership experience
  • Retail and wholesale experience
  • Geographically located in the division or willing to relocate
  • Value-based leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop talent
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with planning and execution capabilities
  • Self-motivated and driven toward achieving goals
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and store profitability
  • Ability to build relationships, manage key stakeholder relationships, and influence others
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication

Travel: up to 80% based upon geography
