About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Sales Manager to drive revenue and sales performance across a region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesale partners, directly managing Store Managers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage relationships with wholesale partners and Store Managers to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Director to set sales and KPI goals for the region
  • Coach and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
  • Lead the rollout of company initiatives and product launches, ensuring successful execution and adoption
  • Optimize sales performance across the region, analyzing data to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesale partners and Store Managers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 8+ years of multi-store leadership experience in retail and wholesale
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and store profitability
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics
