Divisional Sales Manager

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Sales Manager to drive revenue and sales performance across a region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with wholesale partners, directly managing Store Managers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Manage relationships with wholesale partners and Store Managers to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Director to set sales and KPI goals for the region
- Coach and develop Store Managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience
- Lead the rollout of company initiatives and product launches, ensuring successful execution and adoption
- Optimize sales performance across the region, analyzing data to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesale partners and Store Managers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of multi-store leadership experience in retail and wholesale
- Proven track record of increasing sales and store profitability
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics
