About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Program Director to lead our Rehabilitation and Palliative Programs at Unity Health Toronto Providence HealthCare. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and community.

Job Description

The Senior Clinical Program Director will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to our Rehabilitation and Palliative Programs. This includes developing and implementing clinical programs, ensuring efficient delivery of services, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing senior operational leadership for the programs and services of the portfolio.
  • Directing and aligning clinical operations to effectively achieve corporate and program objectives.
  • Ensuring the quality of care meets standards and providing leadership and oversight for the delivery of clinical care within the portfolio.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's Degree in nursing or health discipline.
  • Regulated Health Professional with certification in good standing from respective regulatory body.
  • Minimum 8 years in progressive management roles in a healthcare setting with at least five of those years in a Rehabilitation/CCC setting with Palliative care experience an asset.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary range of $175,000 - $225,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
