Senior Clinical Program Director, Rehabilitation Services

As a key member of the Unity Health Toronto Providence HealthCare leadership team, the Senior Clinical Program Director, Rehabilitation Services will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and leadership to the Rehabilitation and Palliative Program. This individual will be responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care, driving program planning and development, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a health discipline, be a regulated health professional with certification in good standing, and have a minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a Rehabilitation/CCC setting with Palliative care experience. Strong leadership skills, program management expertise, and a values-based approach to leadership are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing senior operational leadership for the Rehabilitation and Palliative Program
  • Directing and aligning clinical operations to achieve corporate and program objectives
  • Leading the strategic planning of services and maintaining responsibility for efficient delivery of clinical programs
  • Facilitating program development and promoting a culture of discovery and innovation
  • Establishing priorities for program resource allocations and championing a customer service approach
