Ce rôle est crucial pour le développement et la mise en œuvre d'initiatives et de programmes d'acquisition et de gestion des talents qui s'alignent sur les objectifs commerciaux globaux et la stratégie des talents de Colas Canada.
- Collaborer avec le comité d'acquisition de talents pour créer et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques.
- Élaborer des initiatives d'intégration pour améliorer l'intégration et l'engagement des nouveaux employés.
- Mettre en œuvre et soutenir les initiatives de marque employeur pour créer et promouvoir du contenu qui articule clairement et précisément notre proposition de valeur en matière d'emploi.
- Établir et entretenir des partenariats avec les institutions scolaires pour accéder aux talents émergents et se tenir au courant des tendances académiques et des intérêts des étudiants.
- Établir et entretenir des partenariats avec des organisations communautaires locales, des organismes sans but lucratif et des associations professionnelles pour garantir l'accès à une base de candidats diversifiée.
- Mener le processus de recrutement selon les besoins incluant la recherche, la sélection et l'entretien des candidats.
- Créer et maintenir un référentiel de profils et de descriptions de poste mis à jour pour soutenir l'évaluation des emplois et les projets connexes.
- Surveiller et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance du recrutement dans les filiales, identifier les tendances et recommander des solutions.
- Aider au suivi et à la création de rapports sur les mesures de diversité.
- Soutenir la coordination et la mise en œuvre d'événements et de programmes pour améliorer les résultats des talents.
Résumé du poste
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Doit être bilingue en anglais et en français.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en acquisition de talents, en gestion des talents ou en ressources humaines. Une expérience dans un centre d'excellence ou un environnement similaire est un atout.
- Bonne compréhension des principes et des meilleures pratiques en matière d'acquisition de talents.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- La maîtrise de la suite MS est requise.
