Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Omni Logic Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their technical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to users, both verbally and in writing, to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of user interactions, including problems and solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
