About the Role

Xorosoft is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, user guides, and other resources.
  • User Training: Provide guidance and training to users on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions, ensuring that technical information is readily available for other support analysts.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and software, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
