Salary

We offer an attractive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

Job Description

The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in promoting positive relationships with clients to drive business growth and profitability. This includes:

  • Developing new customer accounts through cold-calling and establishing systematic customer contact.
  • Visiting and supporting new customer accounts to build strong relationships.
  • Performing market analysis to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Attending sales and product meetings to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3-5 years of prior HVAC outside sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
  • Demonstrated understanding of effective selling methods and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
