Job Title: User Support Technician

At Custom Kart Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
  • Configure and troubleshoot computer equipment, including setting up new devices and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to aid in troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to our users.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
