Job Title: Technical Support Technician

At Custom Kart Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Technician to join our team. As a Technical Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
