The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services to support effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations. This will include processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, preparing and monitoring the payroll system, and maintaining listings of accounts payable and the general ledger.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in computerized accounting, spreadsheets, and word processing programs. Previous automotive accounting experience is an asset but not required.
