Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator in Richmond, BC. As a key member of the 3N Surgical team at Richmond Hospital, you will play a vital role in coordinating patient care activities.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care activities in a defined area, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC).
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a surgical department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
