Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Valois Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.

Work Environment: Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
