Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Valois Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Work Environment: Our hotel is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and may be required to bend, crouch, or kneel.
