  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our rooms and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain our high standards.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our housekeeping staff are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on housekeeping operations, including any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, physically demanding
