Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Valois Motel & Restaurant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Establish work schedules
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, and bending
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
