Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and appointment schedules
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating with staff members
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area and surrounding offices
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a busy office environment and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
