Sales Engineer Role

N-able is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to accelerate product usage and remove technical buying objections to drive our business forward.

About the Role

As a Sales Engineer at N-able, you will play a vital role in showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our products through engaging and informative demonstrations to prospective partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations to showcase N-able's products and capabilities.
  • Manage prospect requirements and provide technical assistance and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Lead trial orientations and walkthroughs to help potential partners make informed decisions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with market trends to understand competitor strengths and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with partners to assess and address client requirements during product deployment.
  • Provide design and configuration best practices to partners when deploying N-Able products to their networks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Field/Networking Technician, or Systems Administrator.
  • Ability to effectively convey product messaging and value proposition through technical demonstrations and onsite training engagements.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects efficiently to meet specific deadlines.
