We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Jitterbit, a leading provider of Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their digital transformation goals by providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to develop comprehensive integration strategies for our customers and partners.
  • Develop deep product expertise and demonstrate how Jitterbit's Harmony platform can solve complex integration challenges.
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including developers, architects, and C-level executives, to articulate the value proposition of Jitterbit.
  • Participate in user conferences, webinars, and other marketing events to promote Jitterbit's platform.
  • Apply sales methodologies to improve the chances of earning business from our customers.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance our products and positively impact our product roadmap based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of technical experience in the integration space.
  • Presales experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with Integration products or APIs in languages such as Java, C#, Python, etc.
  • Proficiency in applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, NetSuite, and BMC.
  • Deep understanding of APIs (RESTful and SOAP).
  • Experience with tools like Postman and SoapUI.
  • Travel 10-25%.
