About the Role:

Traffic Tech is a leading logistics company that provides innovative solutions for moving freight by land, sea, and air. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
  • Negotiate with shippers and carriers to ensure efficient freight movement
  • Monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients and carriers
  • Perform minor accounting functions and data entry

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics or transportation, preferably in a 3PL environment
  • Knowledge of cross-border US/Mexico/Canada transportation and booking, including OTR truckload services
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional phone mannerisms and a positive attitude
