Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at DSA Disposal Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize tasks to accomplish the work and ensure timely completion.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff in duties and policies.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a standard 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
