About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at DSA Disposal Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to optimize inventory management, transportation, and storage.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
