Ce poste est ouvert aux personnes qui se définissent comme étant des Premières Nations (statut et non-statut), Inuit et Métis avec un intérêt pour le rôle de l'agent de l'expérience client.

Compétences et expériences requises
  • Compétences en service à la clientèle établies pour effectuer une gamme de tâches de routine et de transactions complexes avec les clients
  • Connaissances approfondies sur le produit et les services de la banque
  • Capacité à évaluer et à recommander des solutions de clientèle à partir d'options établies
  • Capacité à comprendre comment les tâches assignées sont liées aux autres dans l'équipe de service à la clientèle et comment l'équipe s'intègre avec d'autres
  • Capacité à identifier et à évaluer les problèmes de clientèle dans des situations simples en utilisant des procédures standard et à les escalader lorsque nécessaire
  • Capacité à contribuer aux résultats de l'équipe par la qualité des services ou de l'information fournis aux clients
  • Capacité à suivre des procédures et des pratiques standardisées en service à la clientèle et à recommander des opportunités d'amélioration des processus dans son propre domaine de travail
  • Capacité à utiliser des compétences en communication pour échanger ou clarifier des informations sur les produits et les processus avec confiance et à s'assurer que les détails sous-jacents sont compris
Expérience et éducation
  • Études secondaires et/ou
  • 1+ an d'expérience pertinente
  • Grade post-secondaire ou universitaire (dans un domaine connexe) préféré
