About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry of billing on specific accounts and drivers' payroll on a weekly basis.

You will review and verify drivers' timesheets to ensure accurate payment, as well as interpret sales contracts relating to billing. Your strong communication skills will enable you to investigate driver pay questions/concerns and coordinate special customer billing requests.

As a key member of our team, you will generate invoices and ensure all documentation matches (purchase order, packing slip, BOLs, etc.). You will also maintain SOPs on own accounts and perform monthly analysis on accruals.

Overtime may be required during peak periods, but we offer a competitive salary and benefits package to compensate our employees for their hard work.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with billing experience, particularly in the transportation industry. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary Range: $19/hour
