Director, Sales and Relationship Management

Aviso Wealth Inc is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Correspondent & Institutional team as a Director, Sales and Relationship Management. Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional partner experience.
- Meet sales goals and profit targets in alignment with the division's business plan.
- Collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to define sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and assist in development approaches to expand the client base.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with prospects to grow new business opportunities.
- Manage and support a team that is focused on value-added solutions and reporting that not only meet but exceed our partners' expectations.
- Delegate effectively and prudently ensuring all skills and resources are leveraged to the best capacity and provide opportunity for learning and career growth.
- Ensure the team has the appropriate tools for prompt and thorough resolutions of customer issues as well as proactively offering reporting and opportunities for our partners.
- Support marketing efforts through attendance at trade shows, industry events, as well as maintains and expands industry and product knowledge to be relevant and beneficial to clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales initiatives with broader organizational goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with the Senior Vice President, Correspondent & Institutional to develop revenue growth forecasts and budgets.
- University Degree preferred.
- 10-15 years in a sales role with financial and brokerage industry knowledge.
- Completion of CSC and CPH.
- Correspondent and Institutional experience dealing with Portfolio Management firms, CIRO & MFDA firms plus other Institutional firms in Canada and the US.
- Proven relationship management and focus on value-added customer service.
- Proven experience in sales prospecting and lead development.
- Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales team.
- Experience with establishing KPI's to ensure SLA's are not only met but exceeded.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present information to different audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships both externally and internally.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with the insight to proactively provide solutions to our Correspondent partners.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to coordinate multiple projects/events simultaneously.
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset.

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $124,000 - $158,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
