Director, Correspondent Sales and Relationship Management

Aviso Wealth Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Correspondent Sales and Relationship Management to join our Correspondent & Institutional team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional partner experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Lead the team and provide regular direction, guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve peak performance.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and develop approaches to expand the client base.
- Team Management: Manage and support a team focused on value-added solutions and reporting that meet and exceed partner expectations.
- Marketing Support: Attend trade shows, industry events, and maintain and expand industry and product knowledge to be relevant and beneficial to clients.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales initiatives with broader organizational goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Revenue Growth: Develop revenue growth forecasts and budgets in collaboration with the Senior Vice President, Correspondent & Institutional.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10-15 years of experience in a sales role with financial and brokerage industry knowledge.
- Correspondent and Institutional experience dealing with Portfolio Management firms, CIRO & MFDA firms, and other Institutional firms in Canada and the US.
- Proven relationship management and focus on value-added customer service.
- Proven experience in sales prospecting and lead development.
- Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects/events simultaneously.
- Fluent communication skills in English are required, and bilingual skills in French are an asset.
Aviso Wealth Inc offers a competitive salary range of $124,000 - $158,000 CAD annually, excellent health, dental, and insurance benefits, matching contributions to our retirement program, and regular social events to foster teamwork.
