  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, and order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
