As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will utilize your clinical skills to deliver high-quality home health care to our clients. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care in the comfort and safety of their homes.
The ideal candidate will have graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program and current registration with the provincial licensing body. Previous experience in the acute care sector or long-term care is also desirable. You will possess strong clinical competencies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions.
Bayshore offers a competitive salary of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, paid sick days, paid orientation and training, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing client care by utilizing the skills of observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. You will also participate in ongoing internal and external continuing education activities to maintain your professional competence and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in home health care.
