Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Dental Hygiene Professional to join our team as a Preventative Care Specialist. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality preventative care services to our patients.
In this role, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for patient care
- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening
- Serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on their expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, with successful completion of an approved Restorative Dental Hygiene course
- Restorative Dental Hygiene experience is preferred but not necessary
- Registration as a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
- Valid CPR certification

Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
