Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Check Point Software (Canada) Technologies Inc. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of our products.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts.
  • Provide input into product design to ensure it meets client needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
