Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive business strategies that align with the company's overall objectives, such as EPM Scientific's mission to provide innovative scientific solutions.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts, to drive business growth and expansion.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new licensing opportunities and develop effective business plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve company goals, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members.
Requirements:
  1. At least 8 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, with specialization or relevant coursework.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing partnerships and licensing agreements, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and their impact on commercialization strategies, with the ability to develop effective business plans that comply with these requirements.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape shifts affecting the industry.
