About the Role

As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the translation or language services industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
