The Harris Poll, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving new business initiatives, managing and leading a team of sales professionals, and developing and executing winning sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategize and develop winning sales plans for yourself and your team.
- Innovate and present cutting-edge research solutions and technology to clients.
- Cultivate strong client connections and exceptional service.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in sales leadership.
- Proven track record of generating leads, building pipelines, and achieving targets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
