Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at HFX FOODHUB INC. as a key member of our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to maximize profits and minimize costs.
- Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Accessibility: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees.
- Youth Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Veteran Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Indigenous Support: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Mature Worker Support: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Visible Minority Support: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
