About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled UX Design Researcher to join our team at Google. As a UX Design Researcher, you'll play a critical role in gathering insights about the attitudes, emotions, and behaviors of people who use our products to inspire and inform design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to identify patterns and trends in user behavior and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to integrate research findings into product development
  • Design and implement user-centered design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design research and development
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
