About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team at Pixsenses. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that our products meet user needs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Work closely with development teams to translate design concepts into functional and tested products.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • University degree in interaction design, computer science, or a related field.
  • Considerable experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
  • In-depth understanding of interaction design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
