About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Vice President of Human Resources to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and ensuring the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership

Partner with our senior leadership team to identify and address critical HR needs, develop and implement effective HR strategies, and drive business results.

HR Policy Development

Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with our company's values and goals, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development, and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.

Recruitment and Talent Management

Lead the recruitment process, develop and implement talent management strategies, and ensure that our workforce has the skills and competencies needed to drive business success.

Performance Management

Develop and implement performance management processes that align with our company's goals and objectives, and ensure that employees are held accountable for their performance.

Employee Relations

Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, and resolve conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 10 years of experience in a general human resources leadership role in a fast-paced technology organization, with a proven track record of success in leading strategic HR initiatives.

Skills and Competencies

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies, and drive business results.
