Executive Leader for Municipal Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Leader to join our team at the Town of Swan River in a senior management role.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Municipal Administrator to lead multiple departments and provide strategic recommendations to elected officials, boards, or councils.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, experience in financial planning and budgeting, and a strong understanding of Municipal Administration & Law.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading senior management for a municipal organization with multiple departments
- Working effectively and providing strategic recommendations to elected officials, boards, or councils
- Developing, implementing, and ensuring organizational compliance for policies, bylaws, and resolutions
- Human Resources Management in a Unionized Environment
- Attending Council and Committee Meetings – facilitating meetings, etc.
A competitive salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
