Executive Culinary Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Culinary Team Leader to join our team at Everest Spice Grill Inc.
This role will involve supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of culinary professionals, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, as well as estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing efficient methods to meet work schedules
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and promoting a positive and inclusive team culture
- Estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensuring that stock levels are maintained
- Ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, including addressing customer complaints and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Preparing and submitting reports on team performance and productivity
The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
